Acetazolamide - increase risk of crystaluria and renal calculi. Brinzolamide-development of acid base disorders. Carbamazepine- decrease effect of topiramate. Chlorothiazide- enhance hypokalemic effect of topiramate. Ethinyl estradiol- topiramate decrease effect of ethinyl estradiol.
