Serum levels of paliperidone may be reduced by carbamazepine. Serum levels of paliperidone may be increased by itraconazole. Lithium may increase neurotoxic effects of paliperidone. Increased risk of antipsychotic-related extrapyramidal symptoms when used with central acetylcholinesterase inhibitors. Paliperidone may reduce the therapeutic effect of anti-Parkinson's agents (dopamine agonist).
