Prasugrel may interact with blood thinners including warfarin Do not take Prasugrel with NSAIDs including piroxicam meloxicam, ibuprofen, diclofenac, flurbiprofen, indomethacin, ketoprofen, mefenamic acid, nabumetone and ketorolac.
